Excel Training
Welcome
I'm Andy Ditchfield, a highly experienced finance professional with over 30 years hands-on experience in Excel modelling and analysis.

I trained and qualified as an accountant, holding senior operational finance positions at major retail and property companies. I’ve spent the last fifteen years at Sapient Corporate Finance, a boutique partnership and leading specialist in pub and leisure retail advisory.
During my time at Sapient I’ve had extensive exposure to Excel’s more advanced features, from designing fully integrated LBO models to developing a site by site database methodology which has largely become the pub industry benchmark for any multi-site M&A process.
Throughout my Finance career I have continually been faced with tight deadlines and found that one of my key strengths is my ability to harness Excel’s power to improve data analysis and drive efficiency.
I’ve been training people in Excel almost as long as I’ve been using it, always working in a collaborative way to share knowledge and best practice. I enjoy continually honing my skills and finding new ways to improve.
I offer a unique blend of senior finance experience and extensive hands-on Excel expertise.
Training Options
Courses primarily aimed at experienced Excel users.
I’ve developed a ‘Toolkit’ to enable anyone to turbo charge their skills, save time and improve their productivity.
Initially I have designed 3 Excel training options, though I’m more than happy to discuss your individual business training requirements.

In addition, training is available on ThinkCell, if required.
